Cancelation Policy

Whilst we understand that sometimes things happen and life gets in the way, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please call/message us on 0480 022 245 in a 12 hour time frame prior to your appointment. You can also cancel your appointments by following the link in your confirmed appointment email sent if its earlier than 24hrs prior.

If you are unable to call 12 or more hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be invoiced for 50% of the appointment fee. 

A missed appointment with no prior communication will incur a full appointment fee invoice. This is automatically sent by our system. 

Emergency cancellations are determined at Therapist discretion.
